We try to keep product information and prices accurate, but availability, pricing and package contents are confirmed before an order proceeds.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed directly via WhatsApp and paid through MTN MoMo or Vodafone Cash. An order is confirmed once acknowledged and payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery areas, timing and fees are handled under the Shipping page and confirmed before payment.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchange requests are handled under the Returns page and by direct support conversation.
